S.I.T.A. Worldwide Group (SWG) was created to service the needs of growing small to medium independent travel agents in the travel industry. The group was formed in March 2011 by Serendipity Tours and is now the fastest growing independent travel consortium in South Africa. The partnership enables SWG members to grow their business with the support, systems, IATA license and expertise of Serendipity Tours. In this short time SWG already has over 100 members and are growing on a daily basis.
